Our Story
In 2018 Pastor Duane started The Body Gathering in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Meeting in Antioch College and serving the community. In 2020, amid the changing times and a pandemic, Pastor Duane and The Body Gathering were forced to relocate. God had set the stage to bring this church to Dayton. We are glad you have come to be a part of our journey now we hope you'll stick around!
Our mission is to demonstrate Christ’s love, use biblical principles to teach, guide, and develop individuals and their families to build the body of Christ.

What does that mean? At The Body Dayton, we are a worship driven church. Worship is not just something we do, it is who we are. Worship is not just music and singing, it is a lifestyle of giving glory to God. That includes many forms of expression, words, music, actions, and living day to day for God. We were created to worship, therefore, we will together as one Body.
